Sydney comes alive with a month of food events held all around our beautiful city. The Crave Sydney International Food Festival is the largest organised food festival ever staged in Australia. With everything from visiting international chefs to special dinners, markets, tours, cooking classes, picnics and street festivals, everyone can join the feast in October.
If you share the philosophy that food is life and sharing it is one of the great joys we can experience, join me for an evening of abundance and true Lebanese hospitality. This Middle Eastern degustation includes a Mezza-style banquet of authentic dishes, including the famous “Kibbe Nayeh”. Expect colour, laughter and fabulous food to share.
Includes a Middle Eastern inspired welcome cocktail, a shot of “Arak” our national drink to compliment “Kibbe Nayeh” and end the night with Lebanese coffee.

I’m so proud to be assisting some amazing chefs showcasing modern Middle Eastern Cuisine here in Australia. Held at the Ivy Ballroom on October 15th and hosted by chef/author/TV Personality, Peter Evans. Guests on the night will enjoy a sumptuous degustation dinner prepared by MasterChefs: Greg Malouf (MOMO, Melbourne), Joe Barza (international chef from Beirut), Shane Delia (MAHA, Melbourne) and French born pastry chef, Vincent Gadan from Patisse in Sydney, matched with boutique Lebanese Wines and Arak by Massaya.
This event showcases the talent and heritage of the Australian- Lebanese Community through Food, Wine, Culture and Design. It is a cooperative effort of the George Khouzame Group and Presenting Partner Arab Bank Australia and is sponsored by Massaya Wines, Deemah Stone, 8 Hotels and Fashion Designer Steven Khalil.
